After switching hosting plans and having my blog disappear, I had pretty much given up on keeping, maintaining and updating my own blog.

I recently created a few wordpress blogs for some clients and family and it made me miss having a place to post ideas, thoughts on design and inspirations. So I’m back.

Recreating my blog has also made me realize that I have plenty of free time in my busy day to create and design as much as I’d like. I just needed to take a look at what was important to me and how I spend my time. Sitting in front of the TV for a few hours is immediately satisfying, but looking back, it’s depressing. I’d much rather have taken that time and used it to do something that gives back – to me or to others.

If you find yourself feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day, stop and re-prioritize your life. You’ll find those minutes and hours in places you never thought. And they add up…
